SHIPPING
Products will be shipped within 5 bussiness days upon payment.
You will receive an email with the tracking number shipment details.
We ship from Fuerteventura in the Canary islands and we use CORREOS for shipping.
Shipping to the Canary islands can take up to 7 days.
To main land Spain up to 10 days, to uropean countries up to 12 days and outside Europe up to 20 days.
Please, take into account that your purchase may take longer due slow downs due to the ongoing pandemic situation. The postal system is much slower and this delay is completely out of our hands.
Also, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping.
Take into account that your order may inccur in import duties or local taxes which will differ according to the country and must be paid by the buyer.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchasing by contacting [email protected]
You have 7 days since receiving the products to return or exchange the purchased product undamaged and unused.
The returns must include all the original receipts, tags and packaging.
The cost of returning the products is at the expense of the buyer.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packaging incurred upon return shipping.

Once received, we will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the buyer.
Sale products are not refundable.
